Attention:
The E. Fourth St. portion of the Infrastructure Improvements Project will begin on Monday, April 8th. E. Fourth St. from M-53 to Main St. will be closed to thru traffic. (See detour map below) Businesses will be open during construction. The contractor is responsible to maintain access to homes and businesses along E. Fourth St., between M-53 and Main St., during construction. As a reminder, the E. Fourth St. portion of the project is a complete reconstruction of the street and utilities.
