The City of Imlay City’s ZBA consists of 7 members appointed by the City Commission.  Each member shall be appointed to hold office for a three-year term.

The ZBA shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, requirements, permit, decision or determination made by the Building Official and Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission or any other administrative official in enforcing the provisions of an ordinance.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the fourth Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the City office, 150 North Main Street.
